Yeh, this one kinda went to private message - Smallo now has quite a decent sized site, which he is still working away at.. if there's not RSS yet, there certainly will be. But, agreed - a necessity if you really want to capitalize on it's ability to get your site's word out to the streets.

Nice.. My personal experience might help clarify the shape of things in Big Business - in my case, a standard IT Information Library (ITIL) style corporate IT department.. in Zen's, a full corporate/university multimedia design department.
My girlfriend, Zen, is a professional graphic designer, while I am a technical specialist/consultant.
Part of what I do involves getting web servers working, rewriting code from html 4 transitional to xml strict. When it comes to anything visual, the work is just passed on to that specialist - a media department - any attempt at doing the design department's role - producing graphics and so on - unqualified attempts - just result in meeting the complaints of the business, since the different style rules that are in place are not something I am aware of, nor using in my day to day work - it's not my job.
While Zen's creative flair does extend to modifying style sheets and web site code, the majority of technical fiddling she just passes on to a web developer, photographer, audio specialist or whatever suits.. who works to the very strict guidelines of her design - which has usually been worked out with the client in a series of interviews/meetings.. another part of her role.
I guess what I'm trying to point out, is that there's a stack of people out there that will (likely) end up contributing to your work - and you'll probably find that it's their creative input combined with your technical skill that make the winning combination.
Awesome templates, anyway, but you don't wanna stress it re: your creativity.
