The Red Cross Call Centre is currently overloaded with calls from the people of Australia trying to offer donations and support to the victims of the bushfires in Victoria. They're screaming for help to man the call centre, and they have a huge shortage of skilled call centre staff on their volunteers list. Management here @ CSL (my work) are donating my paid time to assist tomorrow.
