*edit* Performance degredation was in the form of lagged network traffic - web site was running slow - checkpoints in the AGS samp server race minimodes were very lagged - teamspeak was a mess of stuttering, unintelligable noises
Everything was running at it's normal performance levels, only weird CPU usage was apache spiking to 20%, which is unusual.. stopped apache, then checked in the teamspeak and samp servers, only to find everything restored to normal.
Started apache again and we seem to be running fine, so far. Teamspeak returned to it's new permanent home @ AGS - it seems DRuG's dedicated may be permanently out of action.. more info on that as it comes to light.
