OK if the first one was found to be a mistake, you would be on one strike. Assuming this one also turned out to be a mistake, you'd be on no strikes. [SUSS]

DRuG have a policy of not warning hackers when we see them.. it's expected in most cases that the ban is just dealt. It's the way we do it here to minimize the rage factor and prevent people from being unnecessarily aggravated during the ban, but it is done with careful checking via spectate etc. to ensure that no mistake is made. The scripts, with auto-name complete, do sometimes mess up.

Apologies if you've been affected by the latter.
