THIS time it was a fan being fitted to the powerboard with no attention being paid to the fact that it has the precariously big wall-wart for the router plugged into it.. of course, moving it without care unplugs the thing.
The server also seems to have mysteriously rebooted, but I wasn't told how that managed to power down and power back up again around the same time I wasn't told the router was unplugged... so I think I get the picture.
Let's just say it's now been covered as a serious issue, here, where it's happening. That area of the house is like a little temple to which respect needs to be paid.
