New Krups coffee machine

Well I gotta say, I've bought a lot of coffee machines, but I keep coming back to this model, so far I've bought 3... Eventually they start to screw up after a year or so, but the parts are available, for instance, you have to replace the rubber seal every 6 months... but at least it is self serviceable.. and the part is like $2. A lot of the others don't brew hot enough, so you end up with no crema on your coffee - just dark water right to the top. Main problem with this model is it doesn't steam fast enough, so it really takes some practice to get the milk frothy enough.

I used to be a fanatic latte head but got slack after coming back from Thailand and have gone back to Ye Old stovetop.. but now I have a GOOD stovetop its OK:

One thing I like about this one is it is COMPLETELY steel.. no alumium. no plastic.. the only bit that isnt steel is the replacable rubber seal, so it should last forever.

I should get one of those stovetop steel latte makers though, it was cool.

I want a cofee machine

We have one of those Nescafe Vending Machines in our year 12 common rooms, does like 5 diff types of coffies and hot chocolate etc. Is soooo epic All my mates get a cofee in the morning from there

my old school wouldnt trust us with coffee, the kept taking the coke machines away, so, i dont think coffee would have been much better

I havent researched the coffee machine yet.

but you should come over for coffee when I have my coffee setup for sure NikT.
