Attica chef Ben Shewry demonstrates his novel cooking technique,
which involves a battery-powered, fan-forced bong.

This chef has been buying electric bongs, using them at a restaurant - to smoke fish - like, with hickory in the cone.
He has adapted them to cook fish - smoke them fresh, before serving to people in the restaurant. He goes through quite a few bongs in the process, so gets 10% discount at his local bong shop.
"what do you do with them?" "oh, I smoke fish".
This is the stuff that helps me get outta bed in the morning.
