Yeh this one is just fricking annoying - it's a tool written by my crew, not harmful at all:

Title: SAPT: San Andreas Performance Tool 3.3
Author: [DRuG]Slick
Description: Lock the frame limit to 30 fps in single player, turn off dynamic shadows even on very high setting, disable motion blur and disable the heat haze effect.

Removing, but I have issues with this one, that's just bullshit.

For anyone still needing the file, it is available from the root of nikt.zog.net.au as SAPT3.zip.removed - it is also in the mod showroom

I won't hyperlink it in case it triggers another flag when they see it listed here.
