This is the latest Mars rover being sent to the Red Planet.
It is called "Mars Rover Curiosity" and weighs over 5 times as much as the last Rover.
It is also powered by a Plutonium battery and not by solar panels meaning it will have a roaming life of about 10 years, be able to conquer huge distances and climb mountains. It's the size of a Mini Cooper with the wheelbase of a Humvee.
It will blast off for Mars this Saturday and will arrive sometime in August 2012
