DRuG & AGS MTADM Race 1.1 servers now up

Running in parallel to our mtasa 1.0.4 server, we now have a 1.1 build 2178 linux server up 24/7.

Australia: 203.206.205.158:33004 USA: 204.124.183.170:33004

The 1.1 stream will run harmoniously with 1.0.4, with servers from the older version displayed in the 1.1 server list - if you select one, it will close and launch 1.0.4.

1.1 is supposed to offer a lot.. I'd suggest you go download build 2178 from http://nightly.mtasa.com and install it pronto! We have http resources serving out of the states, and one of the great improvements is refreshing even a large set is quick - this will result in me being inclined to update more.

Stay tuned to this thread, the server list on the forum index and nightly.mtasa.com for updates.. I expect as they move toward the release candidate, we will see a lot of changes.

I have transferred all the resources, maps, vehicles, points, records, everything intact.. we're running the newer resources from the updated 1.1 resource pack where useful.. I note the map list still doesn't display when there's 1000s of maps.. possibly because we have a lot of custom vehicles, some of which the server claims have errors - but work just fine.

Hey Nikt,
This is great news man and I really want to try it.
But my antivirus (AVG 2011) sees the mtasa-1.1-unstable-2206-20110104.exe
as a virus (WIN32/ZPERM)
Is that normal?

Just disable it while u install.

I haven't added any custom handling yet, as there are no example maps.. my usual approach in situations like this is to wait a little and see if anything emerges, then nut it out myself... but the framework is there.
