The currently implemented /msg function requires you to type the whole player name. This script is just a /pm command which allows you to use part of a players name. You can also use it to send PMs from the console, but not send PMs to the console (Not sure how I should do this from the same command).

Last night we installed the ping kicker and this resource.. please post any others you find good or use yourself, folks.

It's great to see a few of the crew learning .lua (the resource scripting language for mta:sa) - I even wrote a tiny bit - a welcome message.. so it's pretty easy to pick up if you start small - everything you need can be found in the mta dm area of the forums at mtasa.com.
