Nice one AFX, though I would suggest sourcing videos from youtube - they include a built in player toolbar in their objects.

Nice one Grish, though the trick to get them embedded was to extract the link from the "embed" code on youtube, then insert it as follows.. (I've adjusted the permissions so registered users can post flash now - thanks to AFX's urging).
