I have just re-worked your script, as an experiment, to replace the bullet with the HD bullet... it works perfectly, though the tail light textures will only work properly if people have the HQ lights Mod installed.. but thats a common one everyone should have, anyway - if you dont.. google and get it.. it makes a lot of mods look better.
I have just sent a permission request to myster, author of the bullet, on gtaforums..

Hi,
Now this is a grey area, so I thought it best to message you.. I run a mta:dm server, and we have a script the exchanges the vehicles to ones we like.. but this means that anyone that joins the server, sees your mod.. the readme for the server resource would include credit for you, but when they join the server it will just refer to the HD Bullet replacing the bullet.
Is it ok for me to have this resource running? I see it as, effectively, redistributing your mod, so though I should ask..
For further detail, refer to the attached resource link.. the files can all be viewed in notepad, except for your bullet.dff/txd.

I've edited up the readme to also credit him..
