I'm here - next 48 hours I will be updating phpBB to the gold release of v3, which is due any hour now.

Hopefully everything's fixed... this time round, I'm reverting to the standard unmodded board, then reinstalling each mod manually, rather than just tweaking our existing install... hopefully this should mean the board starts to remember logins again. :D

Once installed, I'll be restoring the existing database onto it, or maybe just upgrading but reverting to the unmodded new templates and php, initially.... ie. no messages will be lost.

Well I'm keeping the database, just reinstalling all the mods after I install the gold version of ppbb3, so nothing should be lost.

I'm about to do it, like, right now... wish me luck.
