ESP II Lighting Board

ive recently had to start doing work for the dole, and im working in a theater, my first job they gave me to do was to learn how to use a Jands ESP II board, ive got the instruction manual there, but was wondering if anyone else has ever had to use one before, as i need a little help working it out, and so far my attempts on finding anything through google hasnt gotten me very far.
