One of the more addictive forms of origami is that of cutting strips of paper and making a lot of them, ultimately to be displayed in a jar.
I find them a great way of teaching people the basis of origami, while also a fantastic method for staying in touch with one of my favorite artforms - iconic neo-tokyo characters etc. Because these things are like a craze in Japan for over 10 years, the volume of patterns for strips is huge.
I'm going to start to save the ones I collect in here.. most are being received from 4chan's /po/ - they have a few threads there with people posting their collections of strips from all over the world.
Enjoy..
