MTA Race PRS script back online

Not sure what stopped this one, but I was able to remote to it and restart the script using a GSM broadband wireless card & a lappie here at work.

Unfortunately, we're behind 3 firewalls here, so it's never as simple as just using my work PC. [Aww]
