Big issue at this stage with pimp.'s application, is his presence on teamspeak - he had come on a couple of times, but hasn't said anything.

Lately, with all new members, we've been very careful to make sure the crew are acquainted with an individual before they are signed into the crew, such that we all get along.

I guess my main tip here is pimp. is - Get on teamspeak dude - speak with ya homies.
