A very useful program Ultramon, use it myself, except have it on autohide on the second monitor so that I can watch movies etc on that screen and not have it covered with the taskbar when I do other things on my main monitor 
Actually turns out it still works when its not autohiding.....meh, autohide is fun for the second screen anyway.
