The March 2008 issue has a brilliant article covering the Titan ship salvage team's recovery of the Cougar Ace..
When a freighter packed with cargo worth $103 million flips onto its side in the North Pacific, a team of deep-sea cowboys gets the call.

The Team:
Rich Habib, Senior Salvage Master
Colin Trepte, Lead Salvage Diver
Hank Bergman, Salvage Engineer
Phil Reed, Senior Naval Architect
Yuri Mayani, Salvage Diver
Billy Stender, Salvage Diver
RIP Marty Johnson, Naval Architect
The Ship:
Gotta say this is a classic example of the awesome writing in Wired, written by Joshua Davis.
I would reproduce the article, "The Sea Cowboys", but that would be illegal, and this is one really nicely put together magazine - I suggest you actually go out and buy it - they look awesome on any bookshelf or coffee table, and makes great reading.
Eureka!
