And Dragon - seriously dude... I can't even be bothered listing how many ways that's wrong.
Try, when it asks, not deleting an infected system file, or funnier still, curing it without first killing the operating system??
This is usually the outcome of a serious viral infection, if you truly get to removing all of the infection, and is still required if you plan to keep all your data, even if you do reinstall windows - or the new copy will likely get infected pretty quick, too... if you don't disinfect the files... what precisely, are you going to do with the av program? Most system files are very rigid in their allowance for modification - sure, a virus can edit them, but if just about anything else tries, they're gonna break.
And finally, Dragon, if you don't wanna be pissing me off on something I seem pretty clear on, perhaps don't negate what I suggest.
