I've just received this news direct from Jax of the SAMP team... him, [DRuG]Trix and Kyeman have begun work on a multiplayer mod for Just Cause 2.. see the video below:

so getting just cause for pc now 
and a new computer to run it
aswell better internet(d0n't ask)
