OK, I've set up a basic framework for the forums - I'm open to suggestions for changes, but at this stage, things closely resemble the arrangement at http://www.gtaforums.com. I like the layout there.. it's fostered a community of organized developers for quite some time with minimal cross posting.

Next on the agenda is drawing up some rules for the mod showrooms, to prevent people posting rip mods etc.

Speaking of mods, it would be great to have some of the crew helping with moderation of the different areas, helping to replicate some more of the finely organized thread rules etc @ gtaf.
