Update to phpBB RC7 is complete

Midway thru news:
OK, there's been some style changes, so I'm manually fixing the affected template files now... at this stage it only affects the user control panel.. initially it was preventing admin logon, but that's now resolved.

After fixing SimpleDarkPurple & SimpleDarkGreen:
After a lot of fiddling to edit changes in syntax adopted by RC7, our custom themes are now working in RC7... this was no small feat... every use of </form> had to be preceded with S_FORM_TOKEN, and all uses of username and password had to be updated to their new syntax.

I may have missed something - please - if you see even the slightest error reported from phpBB, private message it to me or pop it in this thread.. it won't be much trouble to fix, so long as we find the errors... some may only appear under a user but not admin logon, so your help would be appreciated.

A lot of the syntax used in phpBB has changed for security's sake.

This update to RC7 was caused by the phpbb team submitting their code to an outsourced security auditor in prep. for the final release... though nothing serious was found, they did recommend some changes, which have all been incorporated in this major update... on their site, the phpBB team apologize for such a dramatic set of changes, but explain that for the long term it will mean we all benefit from better security.

I've fixed yours Grish, and will now do a scan of the rest of the board to see if I can find any more broken references. Let me know if I miss any.
