Damn - same here Nik. My girl and I have been off the happy trail for some time. I hope the best with that, I really do.

I've turned my life around, I'm making good money from the internet, my computer is an ATM now, and now boom, I am having relationship problems at the worst time possible - I feel you.

I suppose right now wouldn't be the very best time to mail you about you and I reaching out to NIR for the Master Multi Clan Plan (I coined it the term for fun just now, everyone else. If you know of the hard work Nik puts into the scene for us all with the DRuGnet then you already know what I mean by that lighthearted label). Anyway, they are pretty impressive - they are of good administrating practice, and Kazza and I both spend a good deal of time in their server. More on that when things are going better - and they will. If you don't mind a shot of what I'm trying to do:

Instead of doing the things that give me time to think, I instead do what I want to do for her instead of what I usually do - which is push her away. Instead, I try to be as pansy as I can - because usually it's my ego or tough guy that gets me into trouble. Letting her know she really matters usually helps - is helping now - and I suppose maybe, in my own words, I brought a lot of our problems on on my own. This of course is going to be different from your particular situation - but sometimes letting yourself feel low can show a person how much they mean.

Ok, all over the place with this post - and hopefully helpful - and I fucking MISS TEAMSPEAKING. Not that I wasevery a regular since 2005, but dammit I need a headset so I can chat with other cops as we chase the perp or other terrorists as we map the bomb in CSS :'(

I'm so sorry but despite the seriousness and helpfullness of Jerz's post I could'nt help but find that just a little bit humourous.

Still a lot of good advice there, I too hope things improve speedily for you NikT.

.
... and gta4 :S
:P
gta4 is teh awesome.

The forums and scene will pickup to full speed again when gta4 is on PC :)

It's going to be interesting to see what happens. since it will have native multiplayer.
