Well I went back and researched the original photo... and here are the results folks... I think we can conclude in this shot he is, indeed, wearing shorts.

Thank god the world is still a decent place.

Actually, looking more carefully he is wearing a light brown top and dark brown shorts, hence why it appears his shorts are pulled a bit down, lol. He ain't nude at all
