Just woken up to the noise of dripping water. It is pissing through my ceiling from my bath to the downstairs hallway. I've ripped off the tiles and the wood cladding to get to the bath taps but need to wait for the immersion to drain as it is the hot tap that is leaking and the fucker has already burnt me.
