mmm, pity we cant use Ventrillo (without setting up a server for it) coz it has overlay support built in.
its whats recomended for Star Trek Online, and from what ive seen, far better than teamspeak in regards to options;
ie:
ability to adjust volume for every person, has chat, overlays with configurable pages/hotkeys/windowlocation, has as many rankings in the vent server as you have in your game, with associated priveledges, seperate channels within the one vent, compatibility with certain logitech keyboards that have LCD screens, you can save multiple servers and hotkey binding files and user names, event noises, text to speech, bandwidth monitors.... the list goes on and on.
not compatible with teamspeak however
needs its own server...
You can either rent a Vent server from the Ventrillo company, or set up your own server i believe.
Im all for using Ventrillo if anyones keen, as i really dont wanna install 2 voicechat programs...
