All under control.. the underlying problem is an image host that is saturating the link when it gets polluted with illegal images.. it is being moved to a separate server.

hardware is Dual optaron 2.6ghz 4gb ram on a 100mbit link
the problem is apache just cant deal with all the Asians downloading the porn thats on it
it seems to be a network bandwidth problem, we are pritty much just dealing with it till slick can get the money together to get his own dedicated, then he can optimize it to work specifically with the imagehost
