Grish's SA:MP DM GameModes

I'm not sure when SA:MP started supporting this, but there is a spectator mode that can be handy and useful in the types of GameModes that Grish has. Grish, when you have time, would you add spectator mode into your DM scripts rather than a waiting zone? :D
