Admin Chat

We all know the admin chat in the admin modules is fail, you have to:

1. press p
2. wait for the window to load
3. click the chat tab
4. click the input box
5. type your message and press enter
6. click outside the input box
7. press p

which is crap. So here's a module to bind admin chat to a key ('u' by default) the same way team chat works, sending a message to all players in an ACL group ('Admin' by default).

Truly awesome work Dabombber.. this one is now live on the DRuG server & will be shortly exported to all the others once I've finished installing the rest.

As a side note, I've also set up the dxscoreboard that displays when you hit tab... looks a lot better than the default one. Thanks to smallo for his help on that one.
