in here there is a fix to have both DM and Race installed without reinstalling all the time, I have tested it and it works, make sure you copy your SA directory somewhere else so you run DM from 1 and Race from the other.

im getting the same thing, guess we have to wait for a fix.

it also might be that your firewall is blocking the program, port-forward the MTA ports or disable it for a bit and see if you can get the server list.
