An Intel Core 2 Duo 1.86 GHz would be able to handle GTASA easily. One core alone in that is like a 3.2 GHz Pentium 4 you know.. not to mention how good it could be when used with the second core. GTASA only uses one core though, and that's plenty enough for GTASA.

The 9600GT is slightly more expensive than the 8800GS, but is par to par with the 8800GS. The 9600GT wastes less electricity too, so over time it could be worth it
